Beef With Green Pepper

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb beef, shredded
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sherry wine
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 2 large green peppers, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 marinate beef in soy sauce, cornstarch, sherry, egg , and sesame oil for 30 minutes.
- 2 heat 2 tblsp. oil in frying pan until hot.
- 3 stir-fry green pepper and salt 2 minutes; remove from pan; set aside.
- 4 heat 2 more tblsp. oil in frying pan until hot.
- 5 add meat mixture; stir-fry 3 minutes.
- 6 add green pepper and cook 1 minute more.
- 7 serve hot.
