Beef Pilaf For Adult Dogs By Chefc, C.2009

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup green beans, cooked and finely diced
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
  • homemade beef or chicken broth, to moisten
  • 1 dash salt substitute

Recipe

  • 1 cook the rice. set aside while cooking the beef.
  • 2 saute the beef in oil until brown and fully-cooked.
  • 3 in a large bowl, combine beef, rice, salt, green beans, and opt. oregano.
  • 4 while mixing, add broth as needed to moisten.
