Beef Paprika

Total Time: 8 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 1/2 lbs lean beef chuck (trimmed and cut into 1 inch cubes)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste (6 ounce)
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar substitute
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil large skillet over medium high heat. add meat, and garlic; cook and stir until meat is browned.
  • 2 stir in tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar substitute, salt, paprika, mustard powder and 1 1/2 cup water.
  • 3 pour into crock pot and cook on low 8 - 10 hours.
  • 4 stir in sour cream just before serving.
