Beef Paprika

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 1/2 lbs lean beef chuck (trimmed and cut into 1 inch cubes)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste (6 ounce)
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar substitute
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 heat oil large skillet over medium high heat. add meat, and garlic; cook and stir until meat is browned.
- 2 stir in tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar substitute, salt, paprika, mustard powder and 1 1/2 cup water.
- 3 pour into crock pot and cook on low 8 - 10 hours.
- 4 stir in sour cream just before serving.
