Beef Noodle Casserole (low Fat)

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 6 ounces yolk-free egg noodles (half a bag)
  • 10 3/4 ounces 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 10 3/4 ounces 98% fat free condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 (11 ounce) can shoepeg corn
  • 1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk (more or less depending on how creamy you like it)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground beef and drain excess fat.
  • 2 cook egg noodles according to packaged directions and drain.
  • 3 combine in a casserole dish with all other ingredients.
