Beef N' Potato Casserole

Ingredients

- 4 cups frozen potato hash browns
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 medium tomato, chopped (optional)
- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4-1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400f (205c).
- 2 line potatoes on bottom and up sides of a greased 8 x 12-inch casserole dish.
- 3 bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
- 4 brown beef in large chunks; drain.
- 5 add chopped onions, cook until transparent.
- 6 place beef, onions, broccoli, and tomatoes in potato shell.
- 7 combine soup, milk, 1/2 cup cheese, garlic powder, worchestershire sauce and pepper; pour over beef mixture.
- 8 bake, covered, for 20 minutes.
- 9 remove from oven and top with remaining cheese, bake uncovered 2 to 3 minutes more, or until cheese has melted.
