Barbecue Beef (crock Pot)

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3 lbs rump roast
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 garlic clove, minced (or more, if you wish)
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Recipe
- 1 coat meat with flour and set aside.
- 2 in crock pot, combine remaining ingredients.
- 3 place meat in crock pot and turn to coat with sauce.
- 4 cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours, or on high for 6 hours.
- 5 slice or shred meat into small pieces.
- 6 mix into sauce.
- 7 serve on rolls.
- 8 yum!
