Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 slices thick sliced bacon
- 4 thick cut filet mignon steaks, have butcher slice it for you
Recipe
- 1 wrap bacon around each filet.
- 2 heat a heavy bottom pan on medium-high.
- 3 place the 4 filets on heated pan.
- 4 turn after 7 minutes.
- 5 remove from heat after another 7 minutes.
- 6 heat 9 minutes if you like it more well done.
- 7 do not use this recipe if you don't own a heavy bottom pan!
- 8 go invest in one now!
