Anita's Chili

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 (27 ounce) can brooks chili beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) can brooks chili beans
  • 1.5 (16 ounce) cans water
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • hot sauce

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground beef and onion.
  • 2 add fresh chopped parsley.
  • 3 add brooks beans and water, heat to boiling.
  • 4 add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5 stir in stewed tomatoes after 20 minutes of simmering.
  • 6 slightly mash.
  • 7 add buillion cube and hot sauce to taste.
  • 8 simmer for another 30 minutes, and serve!
