Beer Rocks / Bierocks

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 45 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 36
  • 3 lbs extra lean ground beef
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 2 heads cabbage (chopped)
  • salt
  • pepper (lots)
  • 1 (36 count) package frozen yeast dinner roll dough, defrosted slightly raised

Recipe

  • 1 fry beef, cabbage and onions. add seasonings.
  • 2 let filling cool.
  • 3 roll out each bread roll, into approx 7 inch round.
  • 4 place filling in middle and seal well.
  • 5 place on baking sheet, sprayed with veggie cooking spray.
  • 6 bake at 350 for approx 30 minutes, until browned.
