Ingredients

- 3 -4 lbs beef roast
- brown sugar
- 14 ounces small bottle catsup
- 1 (12 ounce) can beer
Recipe
- 1 put meat in roaster.
- 2 pour catsup over meat then put brown sugar on top of this.
- 3 pour can of beer around the roast.
- 4 cover and cook for 3 hours or more.
