Beer Roast

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 3 -4 lbs beef roast
• brown sugar
• 14 ounces small bottle catsup
• 1 (12 ounce) can beer

Recipe

• 1 put meat in roaster.
• 2 pour catsup over meat then put brown sugar on top of this.
• 3 pour can of beer around the roast.
• 4 cover and cook for 3 hours or more.
