Barros Luco (chilean Beef Steak Sandwich)

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb beef steak
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped )
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 small aji panca chilies (finely chopped )
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 slices bread
  • salt and pepper (to taste )
  • 2 slices monterey jack cheese

Recipe

  • 1 grill steak to medium rare or as desired.
  • 2 combine all ingredients like a sandwich and grill on griddle.
  • 3 serve cut into bite-sized morsels.
