Ingredients
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients and rub generously on brisket, wrap in foil and refrigerate 3 days. remove from foil and bake at 325-350 for about 2 1/2 hours.
