Ingredients

- 6 lbs ribs
- 1 pint barbecue sauce, of your favorite
- 12 sprigs fresh oregano, chopped
Recipe
- 1 at least one hour before cooking, rub fresh oregano into meat, wrap tightly and refrigerate.
- 2 bring ribs to room temperature and grill on a medium heat.
- 3 baste with barbecue sauce and turn every 10 minutes.
- 4 grill approximately 45 minutes or until browned.
