- philly style steak
- onion
- mushroom
- green pepper
- provolone cheese
- fresh hoagie roll
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat flat griddle to high temperature.
- 2 apply meat to grill, top with desired vegetables.
- 3 lightly season, then flip when outer edges of meat turn brown.
- 4 begin chopping the meat as soon as it is flipped over.
- 5 when cooking is complete, shape meat to bun size.
- 6 top with 2 pieces of provolone cheese.
- 7 when top of cheese starts to melt, remove from griddle with spatula and place on hoagie roll.
- 8 top with your choice of condiments, then dig inches.
