Ingredients

- 2 avocados, peeled and quartered
- 8 slices prosciutto or 8 slices ham
- 8 pimento stuffed olives
- 8 lemon wedges
Recipe
- 1 wrap a slice of prosciutto or ham around a quarter of an avocado, secure with a toothpick garnish with the olive on the end of the pick and the wedge of lemon.
