Beef And Veal With Parsley, Swiss Style

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 lb stewing beef
  • 1/2 lb stewing veal
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 lb noodles, cooked

Recipe

  • 1 cut meat in small pieces. brown in hot skillet.
  • 2 add onions. cook two or three minutes.
  • 3 add flour and seasonings. mix thoroughly.
  • 4 add bouillon cube and water.
  • 5 cover and simmer over low heat for about one hour.
  • 6 add parsley to meat. serve on hot noodles.
