- 24 green onions
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 (2 1/2 ounce) packages buddig beef
Recipe
- 1 clean green onions and cut into 5" lengths.
- 2 spread cream cheese over each slice of meat.
- 3 set green onion at one end of the meat, leaving green end exposed, and roll up.
- 4 repeat with remaining ingredients.
- 5 arrange on platter and enjoy!
