Ingredients
- 1 beef brisket, trimmed
- 1/2 cup liquid smoke
- 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
Recipe
- 1 mix sauce and liquid smoke.
- 2 pour over meat in glass baking dish.
- 3 bake covered with foil at 275 degrees for 8 hours or until meat is tender.
- 4 chill overnight, then bring to room temperature before slicing.
- 5 heat in juices saved from baking.
