Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (12 ounce) package wide egg noodles, cooked to al dente
Recipe
- 1 brown beef in a skillet and drain fat.
- 2 add onion soup mix, ketchup, dry mustard, and cream of mushroom soup.
- 3 cook over medium until warmed through.
- 4 add mushrooms and sour cream.
- 5 stir to mix thoroughly.
- 6 serve over hot noodles.
