Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

- 1 lb steak, cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1/2 lb mushroom, sliced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- salt
- pepper
- 1/4 cup wine
- 1 (12 ounce) can roasted garlic mushroom soup
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 (16 ounce) package egg noodles
Recipe
- 1 sauté onions in 1 tablespoon oil till soft.
- 2 add additional oil and cook steak till brown.
- 3 cover and simmer 15 minutes.
- 4 add wine, soup, salt & pepper; stir well.
- 5 sauté mushrooms in butter. add paprika & parsley.
- 6 add mushrooms to steak; simmer 10 minutes.
- 7 add sour cream to steak. heat over low just until warm.
- 8 cook noodles.
- 9 serve over noodles.
