- 1 1/2 lbs round steaks
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 (8 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 cube round steak. put steak in crock pot with remaining ingredients. salt and pepper to taste. cook on high 1 hour and low 4 to 6 hours. serve with noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
