Beef & Scallion Cheese Ball

Ingredients

- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3 ounces dried beef, finely chopped
- 3 scallions, finely chopped (green onions)
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder (add more to taste)
- ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 i used a mini-food processor to chop up the beef to make it easier and quicker but it doesn't work so well for the scallions, so i chop them up by hand.
- 2 mix all ingredients together in a bowl. then taste the mixture and adjust seasonings to suit your taste.
- 3 serve with crackers, pita chips, pretzels and/or vegetables.
