Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped ripe olives, drained
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 flour tortillas (7 inch)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef, drain.
- 2 add next 6 ingredients, mix well.
- 3 put 1/3 cup filling down middle of each tortilla.
- 4 wrap, place seam side down in 13x9 baking pan.
- 5 for sauce: heat oven to 350 degrees f.
- 6 saute onion and green pepper in hot oil until tender.
- 7 add next 4 ingredients, mix well.
- 8 pour over tortillas.
- 9 cover and bake 30 minutes.
- 10 sprinkle with cheese and bake 7 more minutes.
