Ingredients

- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can beef gravy
- 1/2 lb small mushroom, left whole
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 cup claret wine
- seasoned flour
Recipe
- 1 dredge meat in seasoned flour.
- 2 brown in oil- 6 minutes.
- 3 add onions, garlic, and mushrooms.
- 4 cook for 4 minutes.
- 5 add gravy.
- 6 add basil.
- 7 cook over low heat for 50 minutes.
- 8 add claret.
- 9 serve over hot rice.
