Beef Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
- 2 lbs stewing beef, cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small heads of cabbage or 1/2 large cabbage
- 2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 5 cups water
- 5 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 beef bones with marrow
Recipe
- 1 1. in a large soup pot, brown beef.
- 2 2. add all other ingredients except parsley.
- 3 3. bring to a boil.
- 4 4. reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 4 hours.
- 5 5. serve hot with warm bread.
