- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 medium baking potatoes, peeled and julienned
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 large onion, sliced and quartered
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, cook beef over a medium heat until no longer pink;drain.
- 2 add remaining ingredients.
- 3 cover and cook over a medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
