Beef Burgundy

Total Time: 3 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 -3 lbs stewing beef
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (2 1/2 ounce) package lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 (10 ounce) can whole mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sherry wine

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 300°f.
  • 2 just stir all ingredients together in casserole (no need to brown beef).
  • 3 cover and cook for 2 1/2 hours.
  • 4 uncover, stir and cook for 1/2 hour more.
