Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 kg chuck steak, diced into 1 inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 8 button mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup beef stock
Recipe
- 1 combine flour, salt and black pepper. coat the beef cubes in the seasoned flour.
- 2 heat olive oil in frying pan and brown the beef cubes.
- 3 place the beef and remaining ingredients into the slow cooker.
- 4 mix and combine well.
- 5 cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours.
