Beef & Broccoli

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb boneless beef sirloin or 1 lb top round steak, 3/4 thick
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 cups rice, cooked
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Recipe

  • 1 slice beef into very thin strips.
  • 2 in skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
  • 3 add beef and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate.
  • 4 add soup, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder and pepper to taste.
  • 5 heat to a boil.
  • 6 reduce heat to medium.
  • 7 add broccoli and cook until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
