Bean Potpourri Crock Pot

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans
- 1 (16 ounce) can pinto beans, undrained
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
- 1 lb cross-cut beef shank
- 1/2 lb smoked ham hock
- 3 -4 ounces polish sausage or 3 -4 ounces knockwurst, thinly sliced
- 2 1/2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in crock-pot, stir well.
- 2 cover and cook on low for 8 to 16 hours or on high for 4 to 6 hours.
