Bean"s Italian Meatballs

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup parmesan & pecorino romano cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs soaked in water
  • 3 tablespoons parsley
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup or 2 tablespoons tomato paste

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. pre heat oven to 350 . shape meat mixture into golf ball size meatballs. brown in preheated oven for 20 minutes. add to italian gravy.
