Bean"s Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup parmesan & pecorino romano cheese
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs soaked in water
- 3 tablespoons parsley
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons ketchup or 2 tablespoons tomato paste
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. pre heat oven to 350 . shape meat mixture into golf ball size meatballs. brown in preheated oven for 20 minutes. add to italian gravy.
