Bean Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 2 cups onions, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 (16 ounce) can green beans, drained
- 1 (17 ounce) can lima beans, drained
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can wax beans, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) can red kidney beans, undrained
- 1 (16 ounce) can lamb and beans, undrained
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in a large dutch oven, brown beef over medium-high heat. drain fat.
- 2 add onion and celery; cook until tender.
- 3 stir in soup, tomato paste, and ketchup; simmer 15-20 minutes.
- 4 spoon into a large kettle or roaster.
- 5 add all remaining ingredients; stir well.
- 6 bake uncovered, at 350f for 1 hour.
