- 1 (8 ounce) can beef consomme soup
- 1 (8 ounce) can french onion soup
- 0.75 (8 ounce) can water
- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 1/2 cup butter
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 bring soups and water to a boil.
- 2 pour rice into 9x13 dish.
- 3 slice butter and place over the top of the rice.
- 4 pour soups over rice. cover with foil.
- 5 bake 45 minutes at 350.
