Baked Beef Roll

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 1/2 lbs beef
• 2 slices bacon
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• 2 eggs
• salt and pepper
• 3 hard-boiled eggs

Recipe

• 1 mince the beef, add breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, minced bacon, the hard boiled eggs, chopped and 2 beaten eggs.
• 2 mould into a long sausage and bake in a slow oven for 3 hours.
