Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3 cups water
- 3 medium potatoes, cubed
- 14 1/2 ounces stewed tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 large carrots, chopped
- 1/2 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1/4 cup celery
- 1/4 cup long grain rice, uncooked
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- 2 transfer to an ungreased oven proof baking dish.
- 3 cover and bake at 350f for l 1/2 hours or until vegetables are tender.
