- 3/4 cup chopped corned beef
- 3/4 cup sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup swiss cheese
- 12 wonton wrappers
- thousand island dressing, for dipping
Recipe
- 1 mix corned beef, sauerkraut, and swiss together.
- 2 put equal amounts in center of each wonton.
- 3 wrap each wonton and deep fry on medium high heat until lightly brown and crisp.
- 4 use thousand island for dip and enjoy!
