Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 tablespoons a.1. original sauce
- 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1/4 cup carrot, shredded
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons a.1. original sauce
Recipe
- 1 for the sauce, simply mix the two ingredients together.
- 2 mix all meatloaf ingredients together with half of the sauce mixture. blend well. pat meatloaf into a 9x5x3" loaf pan, or shape into a loaf in a shallow baking pan. spread remaining sauce mixture over the top of the meatloaf. bake in a 400 degree oven for one hour.
