A Version Of Sauteed 'shrooms

Total Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 11 ounces beef broth
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans small whole mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup burgundy wine

Recipe

  • 1 simmer the broth and onions for 15 minutes.
  • 2 add the mushrooms and wine and simmer for another 15 minutes.
