Beefy Noodle Bake

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 small onion, thinly sliced
• 1 (15 ounce) can sloppy joe sandwich sauce
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can mushroom
• 4 cups uncooked broad egg noodles
• 1 cup cheddar cheese

Recipe

• 1 boil noodles according to package directions.
• 2 meanwhile brown beef and onion till cooked.
• 3 drain off fat.
• 4 add sloppy joe sauce and soup to meat.
• 5 stir to combine well.
• 6 add mushrooms.
• 7 cook til bubbly.
• 8 combine cooked and drained noodles with meat mixture.
• 9 stir well.
• 10 place mixture in greased 2 qt.
• 11 casserole.
• 12 sprinkle top with cheese.
• 13 bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is heated through.
