Ingredients

- 300 g diced beef
- 3 small carrots, sliced
- 1 (250 g) jar salsa (you choose the hotness)
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 beef stock cube
- 1 cup frozen green beans
Recipe
- 1 throw it all in the crock except the beans (my beef was frozen).
- 2 cook on auto for 8 hours.
- 3 add beans 20 minutes before serving.
- 4 serve on rice.
