Beef With Salsa

Total Time: 8 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 300 g diced beef
  • 3 small carrots, sliced
  • 1 (250 g) jar salsa (you choose the hotness)
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 beef stock cube
  • 1 cup frozen green beans

Recipe

  • 1 throw it all in the crock except the beans (my beef was frozen).
  • 2 cook on auto for 8 hours.
  • 3 add beans 20 minutes before serving.
  • 4 serve on rice.
