• 1/2 lb ground beef
• salt
• pepper
• mustard
• 4 slices cheese, mild

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 400 f degrees.
• 2 line a baking sheet with foil.
• 3 butter toast lightly.
• 4 season ground beef with salt and pepper.
• 5 give ground beef on toast.
• 6 smear mustard on ground beef.
• 7 cover with cheese.
• 8 bake uncovered for about 10 minutes.
• 9 serve immediately.
