Beef-stuffed Crescents

Ingredients
- 3/4 lb lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 dash sugar
- 2 (8 ounce) containers refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 in large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
- 2 stir in the pickle relish, garlic, salt, chili powder, pepper and sugar; set aside.
- 3 unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- 4 cut each in half lengthwise, forming two triangles.
- 5 place 1 t beef mixture and some cheese along the wide end of each triangle, carefully roll up.
- 6 place point side down 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
- 7 bake at 375 degrees for 11-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- 8 serve warm.
