Ingredients

- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup green beans, cooked and finely diced
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
- homemade beef or chicken broth, to moisten
- 1 dash salt substitute
Recipe
- 1 cook the rice. set aside while cooking the beef.
- 2 saute the beef in oil until brown and fully-cooked.
- 3 in a large bowl, combine beef, rice, salt, green beans, and opt. oregano.
- 4 while mixing, add broth as needed to moisten.
