Beef Pasta Soup

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans beef broth
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen vegetables and pasta (in garlic sauce)
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato juice
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 in a large saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
  • 2 add the broth, frozen pasta with vegetables, tomato juice, tomatoes and italian seasoning, bring to a boil.
  • 3 reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  • 4 serve with parmesan cheese if desired.
