Beef Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 8 ounces cooked and drained egg noodles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef, drain.
- 2 add sauce and next 4 ingredients.
- 3 bring to a boil.
- 4 cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 5 combine cottage cheese, sour cream, and green onions.
- 6 fold in the noodles.
- 7 in greased 3 qt baking dish, layer half the noodles and half the meat.
- 8 repeat layers.
- 9 cover and bake at 350* for 35 minutes.
- 10 uncover, sprinkle with cheese, and bake 5 minutes more.
