Ingredients
- 8 ounces filet of beef
- 2 ounces sun-dried tomatoes
- 4 ounces sake
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 soak tomatoes in saki for half a day. sprinkle salt beef with salt and set aside for a half-hour. place into zip lock bag with tomatoes and saki and marinate 24 hours. grill on all sides to desired doneness.
