Beef Liver And Rice Stir-fry

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb beef liver
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup

Recipe

  • 1 cut beef liver in long strips length wise.
  • 2 this can be done when meat is partly frozen for easier handling.
  • 3 brown liver in the butter with above spices.
  • 4 add the soup and water.
  • 5 simmer on low heat on stove top for 20 minutes.
  • 6 serve over cooked rice of your choice.
