Beef Kabobs With Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb beef sirloin steak, cut into about 32 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup italian dressing
  • 8 small fresh mushrooms
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small green bell pepper, cut into 8 1-inch pieces
  • 1 small onion, cut into 8 wedges
  • 4 (12 inch) metal skewers
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

Recipe

  • 1 place steak pieces and 1/4 cup italian dressing in large resealable plastic food bag; tightly seal bag. turn bag several times to coat meat well. place into 13x9-inch pan. refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  • 2 combine all sauce ingredients in small bowl; set aside.
  • 3 remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. alternately thread meat, mushrooms, tomatoes, green pepper and onion onto skewers. grill, turning occasionally, until meat is desired doneness (10 to 15 minutes).
  • 4 serve kabobs with sauce.
