- 1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 cup coarsely chopped onion
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 cups dry red wine
- hot cooked noodles
Recipe
- 1 add beef and onion to a 4-quart slow cooker.
- 2 add bouillon cubes.
- 3 sprinkle cornstarch, salt, and pepper over beef and onions.
- 4 pour red wine over beef mixture.
- 5 cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- 6 serve over hot cooked noodles.
