Beef In Red Wine Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped onion
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups dry red wine
  • hot cooked noodles

Recipe

  • 1 add beef and onion to a 4-quart slow cooker.
  • 2 add bouillon cubes.
  • 3 sprinkle cornstarch, salt, and pepper over beef and onions.
  • 4 pour red wine over beef mixture.
  • 5 cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • 6 serve over hot cooked noodles.
