Barbecue Beef (crock Pot)

Total Time: 10 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 lbs rump roast
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 garlic clove, minced (or more, if you wish)
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Recipe

  • 1 coat meat with flour and set aside.
  • 2 in crock pot, combine remaining ingredients.
  • 3 place meat in crock pot and turn to coat with sauce.
  • 4 cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours, or on high for 6 hours.
  • 5 slice or shred meat into small pieces.
  • 6 mix into sauce.
  • 7 serve on rolls.
  • 8 yum!
